Filter work orders by site on the agenda
How to choose and search sites to filter work orders on mobile?
On mobile, filter the issues that appear on the agenda by selecting the sites that interest you the most. This way, only issues associated with the selected sites will be shown on your agenda.
This new feature can be found in release note version: 0.60.00.
Choose sites to filter issue in the agenda
In mobile, click on the upper left "Location" icon, and you will be redirected to the sites page. There you can select the sites you want to see issues from.
Note: By default, only the parent sites appear available on the screen. To see the child sites, you have to click the "+" button on the parent site.
Select the sites you want by clicking on them. If you want to select all sites you can choose to click on the "All Sites" button and all the sites will be selected.
If you need to search by the site name, click on the magnifying glass icon in the upper left corner. A search bar will appear and there you can type the name of the site you are searching for.
When the search suggests the site you are looking for, click on it and it will automatically be selected in the list of sites.
Then you can continue selecting and searching for other sites. When you have all the sites you want selected click on the "Confirm" button to save your changes.
After this, only the issues associated with the selected and saved sites will appear in your schedule.
