• Web Chat: Glartek's web application users can now communicate with other colleagues, team members, and supervisors through the web chat. This way, users can share messages, media, and files about different internal topics that the team may have to discuss, request help, or even access instructions from the supervisors. See more here.

• Task templates IDs: Users can now attribute IDs to each task in their templates. This way it is possible to ensure that each task is a unique element, improving the template organization in case you need to search or refer to a task.

• Edit timesheet times: Ability to edit and delete times that have been previously added to your timesheets.

• Visible Work Order number ID: To better identify the Work Orders when starting them, their work order number ID is now also shown alongside their title, site, and assignee.
  

• Fixed bug that was making it impossible to leave a folder after opening one inside the on-demand or scheduled Work Orders.
• Fixed bug that was making widget filters on dashboards not working properly.
• Fixed bug that didn't add a limit to the number of characters on skills descriptions.
• Fixed bug on renewal fields that occur when editing skills information.
• Fixed bug that required double click to answer some questions on work orders. 
• Fixed bug that was making it impossible to download work order reports in PDF format. 
• Other general fixes were made to the platform user interface.
