Company Feed Guide

The company feed is a centralized hub for real-time updates and announcements. Stay connected and up to date and communicate with the whole company, specific groups, and teams, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.

Note: By default, the company feed page is the first page you see when you enter the platform.

If you are on another page, clicking on the feed option in the menu will display the company feed.

To publish a post on the company's feed, simply click on the "Create post" button in the top right corner of the page. 

A new page will appear where you can create your post. From here you can choose who can see the post, the subject, the written content and even add multimedia files to it such as photos, videos, and documents.  

You can choose to publish your post for everyone, i.e. "general", or only for certain teams or groups of people associated by "labels".

If you only want to publish to specific groups of people, simply select "labels" and then select the teams or groups of people you want to publish to.

Then, you can add a subject, i.e. a title, to your post. Next, fill in the description of the post, i.e. its content.

Finally, you can add multimedia files to your publication. You can use your device's camera to capture photos and videos by clicking on "Camera", or upload files from your device by clicking on "File".

Once you have finished editing your publication, simply click on "Publish". 

The publication will then be added to the company's feed and will be visible to the people you have set up.

By clicking on the three dots icon in the top right corner of the posts you can access three options: 

• Copy link to share the post
• Edit post to make changes to it
• Delete post to delete it from the company feed.
  

You can also see how many people have viewed your post and by clicking on the view icon you can even find out who those users were.

You can also leave comments on posts and reply to other users.  When there are several comments, just click on "Show comments" and the comments will be displayed.

Note: If there are no comments on the post yet, just click on "add first comment". 

You can then leave a comment on the post or reply directly to other users. 

In this way, it is possible to improve communication and collaboration between workers and teams. 

You can also have access to your feed on your mobile device through the Glartek's mobile application. The mobile feed provides real-time updates and a streamlined view of all essential information directly on your mobile device to stay informed and connected.

To access the feed, tap on the “More” tab in the bottom right corner of your phone. Then, tap the "Feed" option. 

The feed from your organization will then be shown in your mobile device. There you can read the different posts made by other members of your organization and interact with them by commenting on them.

Note: This is the same feed that is visible in the web application and they are always connected in real time for easy collaboration and communication between multiple devices.

To create a new post in the feed, simply click on the “+” button in the bottom right corner. 

• Who you are publishing to
  
• Subject
  
• Description

Note: You can also add files to your post or use your device's camera to take photos and videos and attach them to the post.
