• Book tools when starting a work order on mobile: When a user starts a new work order on mobile devices, it is now possible to automatically book the list of tools associated with that work order. See how here.
  

• Guidance hints during work order execution: When executing work orders with different users and teams assigned to them, these signals help operators to understand which work order or task needs their intervention. These guidance signals are available on the agenda and during execution. On the agenda, a block sign with a message asking to wait for other users to execute first appears in the work order if the operator can't execute the process at that moment. Inside the work order, the tasks not assigned to the operator will have their color faded with the blocked sign displayed in front of them.
  

On the agenda, the block sign appears when:

• The work order's tasks are sequential and the next task is not assigned to the user;
  

• If the tasks are not sequential but there are no more tasks to execute that are assigned to the user;

• The work order is pending and the user is not assigned to it, but he is assigned to some tasks (user can't start the issue);
  
• All tasks are done and the user is not assigned to the work order and he cannot finish it.
  

• Fixed bug on time entries that made it impossible for time entries from the same category to be grouped together
  
• Fixed error when using site/elements sorting filter on actions 
  
• Fixed bug that didn't allow saving question notes and files, or adding video to the question description
• Fixed bug causing tools to don't appear listed in the work order details
  
• Fixed bug that was not letting respond to a task even though the user has assigned to it
  
• Fixed error when deleting task groups in templates
  
• Fixed bug that was allowing to add already added item tools to work orders through QR code
  
• Fixed overlapping bug on the heatmap
  
• Fixed bug that was making conditional questions to not appear in the PDF report
  
• Fixed bug on work orders time after switching to winter time.
  
• Fixed bug that was making it impossible to filter reports by users with permission to view them
  
• Other general fixes were made to the platform user interface.
