Access and filter issues by scanning a QR Code

How to access an issue and filter tasks per labels by scanning a QR Code using Microsoft HoloLens II?

As a Microsoft HoloLens II user, you can access and initiate an issue by simply scanning a QR Code. In addition, when you start an issue with task filter by labels, you can also scan a QR Code to auto-assign labels and filter the tasks that you are going to execute.

This new feature can be found in the release note version: 0.65.0.

How to scan a QR Code to initiate an issue?

Go to issues and click on the "QR Code" button on the right side of your screen.

A new screen will open with a frame that you need to aim at the QR Code.

Once the QR Code is scanned, the issue associated with it will open.

Filter tasks by labels using a QR Code

If you start an issue with labels associated to tasks, you can filter the tasks that you are going to execute by simply scanning a QR Code. To do that click on the "Scan Labels" button.

A new window will emerge with a frame to scan a QR Code.

After reading the QR Code, a code will be shown on the screen.

If the code is correct, you just need to click "Continue" to initiate the tasks related to those labels.

If the code is not correct, the error will be signaled and you can choose between re-scaning the QR Code or choosing the labels manually by clicking on "Select Labels".

If you don't want to filter the tasks by labels you can simply click "Continue" and start the issue.
