How to track what's happening on the platform?

Keep track of everything that is happening on the platform by consulting the logs table. Here you will be able to see which activities were done by whom, where, when, and how, ensuring transparency and accountability. 

1. Access Audit Log

Go to "Settings" and then open the "Audit Logs" tab.

2. Consult Logs

When you enter the Audit Logs page, you will immediately see a table with all the activities recorded on the platform. In addition to being able to visualize all the registered logs, you also can:


  • Find user details
  • Filter information by categories
  • Download Audit Logs table

The log table is divided into columns with a wide variety of information: Users, Roles, Date and Time, Device, Type of Log, and Action. 

2.1. Find User Details

In the logs table, you can access the details of each user by clicking on their name in the user's column.

A new side window will open with all the available details about that user.

2.2. Filter Information

For a more efficient query, you can filter the information by user, role, date and time and type (basically all the columns in the table), by simply clicking on the “Filter” button in the top right corner of the table.

Once you have configured all the filters, simply click on “Apply” and the filters will be activated.

In addition, you can also organize the columns on your table. All you have to do is click on the three dots icon and then select the “Columns Sort” option to choose which columns you want to be visible in the table and in what order.

To hide or show the column, click on the visibility icon.

To sort the order in which the columns appear, click on the positioning icon and drag the category vertically to the desired position. 

Note: Visible columns, ordering choices, and the size of the columns must be saved even when the user leaves this page.

2.3. Download Audit Logs Table

You can download the log table to PDF or Excel. To do this, click on the three dots icon at the top right of the table and then select the "Download" option.

Then all you have to do is choose which format you want to download it in, PDF or Excel, and the download will start.
