Consult timesheets
How to consult and interact with timesheets?
Timesheets allow you to access all time entries added by individual users or teams during process execution. Project coordinators, managers, and executers can accurately track all the time spent on a process. They can also know which process someone or some team was working on, the extra time used, and the start and finish date of that time.
See here how you can add times to your timesheet.
Note: For now the source of this timesheets tables are only issues.
This new feature can be found in release note version: 0.65.0.
1. MY TIMESHEETS
1.1. How to access "My Timesheets"?
To access the timesheets tab navigate to the left menu and select "Timesheets".

By default, you will enter on "My timesheets" tab. Here, you can check all your time entries. By analysing the table, you can understand where you spent your time.
1.2. Which information can i found on "My Timesheets"?
Here you are able to check which process you were working on, extra time used (identified by the label that you choose when you added the time entry to the process), the start and finish date of that time, and the duration (the difference between start and finish time).

If you click on the issue name a window will appear with some details about that issue.

If you want to know more about that specific issue you can click on "Go to issue" and you will be redirected to it.

1.3. Display information on a table vs on a timeline
You are also able to change the view from table to timeline. To do this, just click on the timeline icon in the top right corner.

Here you can understand where you spent your time during the days.

1.4. Filter information of table and/or timeline
You can even filter your timeline by label or by source. If you choose to filter by label it means that the timeline will show the labels where you spent the time as shown in the example above (labels configured by the user when adding the time to the timesheet).
If you choose to filter by source it means the timeline shows the sources where you spent time such as issues or others.

2. TEAM TIMESHEETS
2.1. How to access “Team Timesheets”
You also have the option to see team timesheets. To do that just click on the "Team Timesheets" tab on the top of the screen.

2.2. Which information can I find on “Team Timesheets”?
Here you will see all the time entries from your team or teams. You can also do everything that was previously indicated for your individual timesheet in this team timesheet. For example, view the timesheet in timeline mode, filter by label or source, or choose the date you want to access up to 7 days back in the calendar.

Note: If you belong to more than one team, the account label shows info about users' team labels so you can easily identify their team.
